[Deploying Sakai] Turnitin intigration

Hi Everyone

I am in the process of integrating Assignment2 and the Turnitin content 
review modules into our 2.8.x environment.

Everything compiles and deploys OK and the 2 required Quartz jobs seem 
to run OK until someone submits a piece of work that is to be checked 
for originality.

When a piece of work is submitted we get the error (I changed the said 
field to 12345 rather than include our real account number).
