[Deploying Sakai] Skin manager

Hi,

I'm using the Skin manager for the first time and I'm looking for the way to download the present skin files.

I can download the history skin files, but they are older versions of the skin files.
Also I see the button to upload the present skin. But in the first place I need the present skin files to be able to upload them.
Do I miss something?
