[Deploying Sakai] Customizing the Portal

Hello,

I am working on customizing our Sakai deployment.  I can find where to edit
the text on the front page, but I can't find how to take away the New
Account button.  I'm using the default skin.  We are LDAP so I want to
disable the new account feature.
