[Deploying Sakai] OAE, who's going to use email out

Was kidding.

At any rate, I do note that one of the areas of refinement in the 1.1
plan has to do with email and notification behavior [1]. I'm not
certain of the details, but concerns raised in these areas would seem
to be timely.
