[Deploying Sakai] Flash can't reference another flash file is syllabus

hi:
I have a flash file named "main.swf" , this file can reference (use
swfload) chlid.swf at same path.
I update them to resources lib of my course site at root path ,and I
use the main.swf in syllabus but main.swf can't reference chlid.swf.
if I open main.swf in the address bar ,it can work.
what happened?
