[Deploying Sakai] Deleting Topic in Forums

[Sri Kota]

Hello Folks,

Users with 'access' privileges on a project worksite are not able to delete
topics in a forum. As an administrator, I can edit 'Topic Settings' to allow
participants to delete the topics they created. However, it does not work.
Is this a known bug or am I missing something?
