[Deploying Sakai] Using JDK 1.6 in production?

While we may not be classed quite as production yet, we are using JDK 1.6
installed from Debian Lenny package sun-java6-jdk version 6-12-1
Tomcat and Maven were installed from the Apache packages.
Things seem stable.
