[Deploying Sakai] Outgoing Email Configuration Error

Hi,

if you just want outgoing email, you don't need to setup James. Just add the appropriate SMTP settings in sakai.properties.

If you want incoming mail though (ie for Email Archive), thats when you'll need to go down this path.
