[Deploying Sakai] Procedure for updating profiles (sakai 2.6.2) in profile2

Hi Frédéric,

The only thing that needs to be converted over is any images that a user might have linked into their profile, or that were provided to them in the JPEG_PHOTO column of SAKAI_PERSON_T.

If you set this property:
# Convert images from old profile to new?
profile2.convert=false
then startup, Profile2 will scan and check if user's need images converted out and do so. Of course, you'll need to make sure you have applied all of the relevant upgrade scripts to make sure the tables are created correctly (or use auto.ddl)
