[Deploying Sakai] Automated User,Course,and Enrollment Creation

Hello all,
I am currently looking for a set of scripts that will automate the creation of students and faculty accounts as well as the courses and their enrollments in those courses.  The input for this script would be a set of csv files.  Is there anything out there that people are using for this purpose?
I was also looking for a MySQL table mapping to explain how sakai links the tables together, in the event that a script will have to be customized.
