[Deploying Sakai] About Sakai Scalability

We are planning for very large scale Sakai implementation . The 
implementation will require to support about 4,00,000 registered users and 
will need to support 10,000 / 20,000 / 50,000 concurrent users in phase 
wise (next 5 years) . 

We will be taking commercial membership for this project. 

Before that , we would like to be sure about sakai scalability for such 
large implementation ; what will be the suggested minimum requirement of 
hardware for this ?
