[Deploying Sakai] Upgrading to MySQL 5.0.X

Hi Dave,

Thank your for your quick response.  Let me get this straight, during  
your upgrade from Sakai 2.4 to 2.5 you also upgraded your MySQL  
database from 4.1 to 5.0.  Is this correct?  What is your environment  
like?  Is it similar to environment listed below?
