[Deploying Sakai] Upgrading to MySQL 5.0.X

Hi all,

We are planning to upgrade our MySQL 4.1.22 database to MySQL 5.0.84.   
I was wondering if anyone has done this and if so, what problems or  
issues have you experienced?

Here is some additional information on our environment

Sakai Release: 2.5.X
OS: Sun Solaris
OS Version: Solaris 10
Web Server Apache HTTP Server and Tomcat
Web Server version: 2.x
DB: MySQL 4.1.22
