[Portfolio] OSP FCKEditor not functioning in 2.8 CLE

Dear Russell,

We are also experiencing the same issue with OSP. We were told that it has 
to do with our using templates from Michigan. 
I know that our Sakai Developer, Earle, has been in touch with Noah 
Botimer regarding the issue.
