[Portfolio] Collections Tool in NYU Sakai OAE Instance

Oh, and direct messaging from any spot in a portfolio is another functionality on the wish list - that way, an advisor could have a private conversation with a student about a matter not fit for discussion board exposure (but still have a record of the conversation, since messages are saved in OAE).
