[Portfolio] Internationalization of forms

Hi All,

We ran into a situation here at VT where a form we have created is not being displayed correctly when the language choice by the user isn't English.  Has anyone else run into this and does any one have any ideas for solutions?  At the bare minimum, we need the English to show up instead of nothing, which is what is showing up now.
