[Portfolio] Foreign Language and Literature e-portfolio request

We have a request from our Foreign Languages and Literature department 
for a faculty contact from another institution who is using e-portfolios 
for teaching, learning and assessment in Foreign Languages and 
Literature who would be willing to share what they have done with some 
faculty members here at UD.
Any recommendations?
