[Portfolio] Suggestions for XML/Oxygen training

That's exactly what happened at Marist: There were many interested
parties who joined the training and helped cover the costs. Also, the
training was very complete (and tailored) and covered both the higher
level conceptual issues and dove deep when appropriate.

I think we also considered the option of having people attend
remotely, but still to pay to help cover the full cost.

If UDel didn't want to host, it could be that Marist would be open to
doing it again.
