[Portfolio] 2.7 porfolio permissions

I'm reviewing new 2.7 permissions and compared (as a first step) an Instructor's  2.7.0 course site (all available tools) realm permissions against an Instructor's 2.6.x course site permissions (all available tools).  See the diff below.

In the release notes I've made an attempt to match up osp 2.7 permissions that appear to replace 2.6 permissions (e.g., osp.matrix.scaffolding.delete -> osp.matrix.scaffolding.delete.any).  Can you confirm if my matching exercise is correct?  Second, I see no match for the following 2.6 permission that is absent from 2.7:

osp.matrix.viewOwner
