[Portfolio] Exposed Wizards / Matrices

Hello,

I am looking at backlogged OSP issues and here are three Wizard-related ones:

They all deal with "exposing" Wizards as the front page of the tool (removing the need for the participants to select the right Wizard).

I'm curious if anyone other than Rutgers is running the patch on SAK-13725 and whether anyone can commit to some QA of this functionality. I'd like to clear these issues up this week, ideally by applying the patch with 2.8 testing commitment.
