one of these points or add any other observation I would be very glad!

Sakai version used
overall OSP stability
any special properties settings used to address any eventual performance concern
"arrangement" of OSP tools
number of users in the portfolio sites
user experience/satisfaction
hardware resources overhead compared to a Sakai installation without OSP
estimated time on setup/configuration
relation of number employees for support per number of students (if it
makes sense)
(others you may find useful?)
