[Portfolio] Access to portfolios beyond graduation - Matrix tool export?

Hello Nancy, Beth, Portfolio folk,

We've got a similar requirement - access to matrix beyond graduation -- and
some questions. I'm wondering if anyone has some more info or ideas to
share.

We've got a number of schools using the matrix tool intensively. At the
moment there is no 'user export' of the matrix data. There is an export for
coordinators to export/import matrix definitions, but the filled-in, in-use
student matrix can not be exported as far as I know. I found a SAKAI JIRA
for this requirement (SAK-6069<http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-6069>)
but no recent info or activity.

Some questions for the group:

1. Has anyone else the same requirement? How do you handle this today?
screenprints? save web page? other?
2. I seem to remember seeing that matrix and other wizards could be
-included- in 'portfolios'. Has anyone done this or could provide info on
how this is done? Perhaps this would be an opportunity to meet both
requirements, exporting user matrix and exporting portfolios, at the same
time.

We are also considering extending student access to the system beyond
graduation until we can meet this requirement.

best regards,
Jim Doherty
