[Portfolio] downloaded portfolios relative link <a href="#top"> gets 'scrambled'

No. Does that happen if you link to id's of elements (which seems a bit more
trendy now anyway)?

Such as:

<a href="#spotDownThePage">Jump down the page</a>

.....

<div id="spotDownThePage">The spot down the page.</a>

Seems I've used this technique successfully before.
Not to say you didn't find a bug....maybe a workaround?
