Hi,

Thanks for helpful advice and quick responses to everyone. I think, 
using the 'General Feedback' forms as student evaluations is the best 
solution for this case.
Also, I didn't know Data points tool before. We will work on this tool, 
If we could use our assessment rubrics and forms in this tool...  maybe 
it will help us.
