Hello Aras,

You might also consider using the Assignments tool, in which assignments can
be linked to matrix cells.
You can set up assignments "with no electronic submission" thus leaving the
work only to the teachers who can place their evaluations/assesments as
attachments/grades to the assignment without the students 'turning in'
anything.  The status and grade from the assignment is then also visible in
the matrrix cell.
