[Portfolio] Running two passes of XSL through Xalan

I've done a few portfolio projects now where I have found some value
in doing two XSL transformations to generate a portfolio.
Pass one transforms the XML we are served into "friendlier" XML and
pass two generates the HTML.

I wrote it up and offer it up as fodder for discussion amongst the few
of us who write portfolio templates.
