[Portfolio] OSP 2.6.x: General Feedback invisible to CIG Participants

Hi all,

Has anyone encountered the following:

We are running a 2.6.x test instance on MySQL. We created portfolio sites
and assigned the default permissions to default roles. Matrices were set up
with feedback options "unrestricted" for General Feedback and Item Feedback.

The issue now is that CIG Participants cannot see any General Feedback items
that are created by reviewers. In fact the matrix cell page does not even
show the table with the heading General Feedback. Reviewers have no problems
seeing feedback items and Item Feedback is shown to all roles. (Giving CIG
Participants the 'review' permission makes General Feedback visible, but
then they would be able to (re)view other students' matrices.) Verified on
QA6-US.

Any ideas?
