[DG: Teaching & Learning] Should importing gradebook spreadsheet completely overwrite existing grade entries when row is blank?

Hello,
Would it be desirable, if possible, for us to change this so that if a TA for one section uploads a spreadsheet, that their work doesn't overwrite the entries that other TAs may have uploaded? We have a complaint and this seems like a no brainer. Cells would only be overwritten if there was a value in a spreadsheet cell, not if it was empty. Or is there a use case for wanting to blank out cells with a previous upload? Seems like this will always be a mistake but if there is a use case, maybe we can build in a warning? Want to check in before we start work here.
