[DG: Teaching & Learning] tl-design email group no longer available

Hi all,

The tl-design lenses email group has been removed due to lack of use and 
a consolidation effort to have fewer email lists for the community 
(hopefully to make it easier to find the groups you need to connect with).

On Confluence pages referencing the tl-design group, may I point them 
instead to the pedagogy email group?
