This can be managed using a branching learning model.  I don't believe 
the Lessons tools supports this capability.  Melete might, I don't know 
for sure.  SCORM did, but support for SCORM in Sakai is pretty limited 
(but possible).  I had intended that Sousa 
<https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/SOUSA/Home> would support 
this kind of thing, but I never got enough interest from the community 
to continue it's development.  If there was funding to support it, I 
could resurrect this project.  You might also look into SoftChalk 
LessonBuilder.
