It's only possible to change a Samigo assessment template by digging into
the database and changing values.  There is no GUI interface to do this.

For this reason, I encourage the disabling of assessment templates:

I believe assessment templates offer another layer of complexity to new
Sakai users that does not make sense without specific user training.  If
others feel similarly, we should consider changing the default value in new
Sakai installations.
