[DG: Teaching & Learning] OAE Community Instance Teaching and Learning Group?

With the announcement of https://oae-community.sakaiproject.org, I
wonder if there's any interest in creating an open group for people,
and in particular instructors and instructional designers, to discuss
the teaching and learning possibilities of OAE?

I'm happy to do it myself, but don't want to step on anyone's toes if
there are already plans along those lines.
