Ian recently posted information about changes to Sakai Foundation plans, including relocating the Berlin conference:

Does the TWSIA team still plan on sponsoring travel to the conference in North America since it's not going to be in Berlin? We post info on TWSIA to  our local campus community and we'd like to update the info accordingly...
