[WG: I18N & L10N] i18n email list moving

Hi Internationalization and Localization list,

We are planning to move all Sakai lists over to Apereo Google Groups. I
don't have an exact time table yet, but thinking before the Apereo
conference might be good. We think it will be feasible to preserve list
archives for searching. Do you think we need to keep list archives for
searching or could we start cleanly?

Also curious if you think this list could be merged into sakai-dev or
sakai-qa or if continuing to have a separate list is best?

If we did move, I think the name will probably be sakai-i18n at apereo.org .

What do you think?
