[WG: I18N & L10N] File suppression in crowdin

Hi, we are updating catalan translation using crowding. We've found some 
files that we think that they don't have to be translated.

*Project kernel:*
kernel-impl-src-... --> bundle.properties
kernel-util ...--> bundle1.properties, bundle2.

*Project providers:*
jldap-integration-test ...-->jldap-test.properties
kerberos ...--> sample-test.properties

*Project shortenedurl:*
impl-src-java --> url.properties

*Project signup:*
tool-src-bundle --> signupConfig.properties

If you can spend a minute, take a look to these files and express your 
opinion about if we remove them of crowdin manager or not. We want also 
add roster2 tool.
