[WG: I18N & L10N] SAKAI My Workspace

Hallo,

ic see some strange behaviour of the My Workspace site.

If I login in  SAKAI_ I see that the MyWorkspace is shown in English-

 



But if I change the site to some other site and come back, then everything
is in Russian as it school be.



Why it is so?
