[WG: I18N & L10N] French start to use Crowdin, will you join us ?

Dear all,

Ja Sakai community has recently completed the translation for Sakai
2.9.3-all by Transifex.
As you know, we got the translation memory of Sakai 2.9.3-all for
English - Japanese.
I'm sure that the translation memory created by Transifex conforms to
<tmx version="1.4">.

If someone could upload this translation memory to Crowdin, I think
that translation for Sakai CLE in Japanese makes much progress.
Before sending this mail, I tried the Crowdin for Sakai CLE
(https://crowdin.net/project/sakai-cle), however I could not find out
the menu for uploading the translation memory. I think that this
function is available only to the administrator.

Could you please let us know that the application of the translation
memory created by Transifex in Crowdin works?
