[WG: I18N & L10N] Translation statistics broken?

Hi all,

There is a translation statistics in sakaiproject.org[1].

Although the 'generated time' is updated daily, but the data of it
doesn't update anymore.

In my case, I committed almost all zh_CN translation to trunk these
days, and the percentage of zh_CN in trunk remain as 90%

Any suggestions?
