[WG: I18N & L10N] [Building Sakai] roster 2 trunk build failure

Of course I agree things must be tested but I think here the

problem is not only testing. If we use a tool (crowdin) to translate that
generate code breakers.. We have a problem.

Maybe other problem here is to put strings to translate in a Js file and
not in the standard way Sakai does things with properties files.

I understand that we use different, newest and better frameworks each time
and all that... But we need to try to maintain some kind of coherence. To
i18n people is a nightmare if each tool do things in a different way.

Anyway... I agree... Need to test previously.
