[WG: I18N & L10N] Have you updated translations for 2.8 or later

As far as I know, the QA team is not able to test translation updates in 
every language.

Alexandre, do you know at least one institution which uses Sakai in 
Catalan and has not been involved in this translation?

If you know none, I suggest you do the testing and set the issues as 
Verified if tests pass.
