Beth,
thank you for the assistance.
I attach the Portfolio template, that I'm using.
I create the new portfolio with this template
Screen1 - I write Header in Russian
Screen 2 - I can see the Russian Text
Screen 3 - I want to change it, but see only ????? instead of the russian
text.
Now, I was using CK editor, but the same is with FCK

Igor,
It sounds like you've tried both the FCKeditor and CKeditor with Sakai 2.9 -
now that the first problem is solved, can you confirm the second (I18N)
problem still occurs with the CKeditor? Can you attach a screenshot of the
problem so I can have a better sense of which tool you're using? If this is
a form, can you send the corresponding xsd and optional xsl files?
