Hi Sama,

I would advise to use http://crowdin.net/project/sakai-cle to do the 
translation.

This is the best translation tool for most active translators (Spanish 
[Spain, Mexico], Basque, French, Turkish, Dutch).

Feel free to ask on 18n at collab.sakaiproject.org if you need more 
information.
