[WG: I18N & L10N] Managing translation updates

In the languages as french, and surely others, that it's needed the
rollback, we must be really careful, because surely after the commit of
this patches have been other commits in the properties files and they must
not to be lost. So, yes it's needed to rollback, but needed too to patch
again the changes sended after the date of the original commit!
