[WG: I18N & L10N] request to translate a few items

I would appreciate it if some kind person would look at SAK-21991 and translate the items listed there into French and Spanish. I'd also be happy to accept translations of the whole messages.properties file into other languages, but current French and Spanish are supported. 

Please add a comment if you pick it up for one language or another, so we don't have more than one person working on it at a time.
