[WG: I18N & L10N] Is Entity Broker internationalized?

Hi,

Announcements' announcement-tool/tool/src/bundle/announcement.properties 
contains values that are there for EntityProvider.

I quickly tried to reload 
http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082/direct/announcement/describe while 
I was logged in as a user with Spanish (Spain) in language preferences. 
The descriptions that have been translated in 
announcement-tool/tool/src/bundle/announcement_es.properties are still 
displayed in English.

Am I missing something about how i18n is done for /direct/*/describe?
