Probably this is because property files are not up to date and zh-CN translated files need a review. If you have the resources to do it, I can help you. Just let me know.

Hi All,

I am new to sakai. I tried to install following the direction from

https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/DOC/Sakai+2.7

with zh-CN resources. The installation is successful in zh-CN. However, even in
the first page, there are still some English words, which matches the words in
tools.txt in SAK-19707.  I tried SAK-19707, but no luck.

Did I miss something?
