[WG: I18N & L10N] Removing extra translation from property bundles

                Hi all,

                I'm going to remove extra translatations from all property bundles so that translations can be done more efficiently. I only wanted to know if anybody is working in the same issue in order to be coordinated and if  anybody is interested at helping me.

                I've created this issue http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-19375 and I'll create one dependent issue per tool when I fix that tool. Any help/suggestion will be appreciated.
