[WG: I18N & L10N] New l10nstats version

Hi all,

For all of you involved in translating Sakai: there’s a new version (0.3.3) of the l10n stats tool available. The main addition is a new option to automatically remove unused keys (keys existing in the translation but not in the default language) from the translation bundles (contributed by David Roldan Martinez) which makes translating a bit less work ;)
