[WG: I18N & L10N] [Building Sakai] i18n Memorandum of Understanding - Process to fix i18n issues

Hi there,

I completely agree with you. I definitely get involved in the activity.

Nagoya University is now on the official process to migrate WebCT
Campus Edition 4 to Sakai 2.7. So, any activities to improve i18n and
l10n of Sakai are very welcome!
