[WG: I18N & L10N] Anyone in this group using OSP who doesn't whant dates in mm/dd/yyyy format?

Just became aware of http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-18654 today.

I'm not using OSP but others than myself may be. Maybe the priority of 
this issue should be raised.
